very good location，good service and clean room，but a little hot without air-condition in summer days. In a word, I will choose it when I travel in Pairs in furture.
Very central. Right next to the metro station. A few minutes walk to high streets and shopping areas, restaurants and bars. 20Minutes walk to Champs-Elysées.
Rooms are quite dated. Wouldn't normally mind this but they are very different to the pictures on their website - little disappointing.
The location was the best being only yards from transport. It was a bit noisy though because of the pub on ground floor level. The windows have first class double glazing but they couldn't be left open at night because of the street noise. That was the only downside to the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it to not too fussy a friend.
Excellent Service, The hotel could not do enough to help. I stayed for the Paris Marathon and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with my bags and a shower after the event and i had already booked out. Location for exploring Paris is excellent too - right next to a main train & metro station and a Bus to Champs Elysees.
Not a complaint, however, understand that the rooms tend to be small and a bit dated. That said, the room was clean and i had a great nights sleep. Perfect for what i needed.
perfect location, with a walking distance from Opera and shopping area, and there are bus stop and metro station in front of it
wifi is a little bit unstable sometimes
Staff were very helpful and spoke English when my French wasn't good enough. Comfortable room, very good location for shopping and getting around the centre of Paris, I walked everywhere but could have used the nearby metro station too.
Facilities were adequate but with no coffee/tea/water in the rooms. TV had two English language channels which were both news.
Everything was perfect, the room is big, very comfortable and very clean. There is a metro station in front of the hotel.
the area is not well attended, there are beggars and people drinking in the street very near of the hotel.
Liked: The location near to transport lines-metro,station,also minutes by steps from most important turistic points and for shopping.Cleanliness super ok.Hotel staff verry-verry kind and nice.
From 6,30am noise from the street.it's a bus station under the windows and the bus 28 stay there with the engine en function minutes (we had room on 2 floor on street),couldnt sleep in the morning.the windows are not double and not good for isolation(clasic one wood windows very nice otherwise). The breakfast poor for 9 euro.Only croisantes, cereals with tee/milk and same jams, but from vis-a-vis shop you can buy all food you want cheaper.Anyway, generally speaking, i'll recomand this hotel anytime to anyone.Good price, good location, verry clean, verry nice people there.
Excellent location, very polite staff, enough spacious room, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Correct prize and good location
The convenience to Gare St. Lazare was primary reason for choosing. The hotel is mid-level quality but clean and convenient. Staff very helpful but facilities not luxurious. Satisfied our need.
Given our reasons for selecting, nothing.
The location is good, the hotel is near to the St Lazarre Station, very close to Opera and to the start of the hop on-hop off buses and have a nice cafe and Starbucks under it. Our room was very cute and large. I could stay at this hotel again.
There was a free wifi at the room but it was hard to stay connected. And the shower is generally cold at the first time, it gets warm later.
Location which is very near to the railway station and easily accessible in a minute or two. Local transport options are available very easily to go to any place in Paris.
The room was a bit smaller than expected or shown on the website and pictures.
It is in the centre of Paris making it easier to go shopping. Everything is close, example, pharmacy, restaurant and shopping and even the train station is very close. All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Really appreciate the service and you can be sure I will be recommending this hotel to many people.
The only problem is the noise people make when coming to the restaurant and other people screaming on the road.
1. Location is super. 5 mins walk to St. Lazzer station which is a big transfer station including 4 metro lines. 2. Reception people is warm and nice.
